Our location is 2101 Eastern Boulevard Suite 110 Montgomery, Alabama 36117. Located across from Home Depot in The Courtyard. We offer in house Design, Decor & Lighting, Special Effects, and Rental Services.
We also welcome outside licensed & insured vendors.

Venue Rental Rates
Weekdays Monday-Thursday
6 Hours $500, Full Day is $700.
Friday’s & Sunday
6 hours is $700, Full Day is $900
Saturday’s Rates
6 hours $875, Full Day is $1200
Full Day Time Duration is 8:00AM-12:00AM
6 Hour Rate
You Select The Consecutive 6 Hours
If needing to add additional hours its $75/hour. Time Slot booked must include vendor/decor setup, event & breakdown. These rates are for the building and the above mentioned amenities only.
(Venue Rates do not include and linens, decor, centerpieces, those items are quoted separately)
50% Retainer Due to Secure Date, and Signed Rental Agreement.
Security is required for all events serving alcohol for the duration of the event and is $150 for the duration of your event.
For teenage parties you are required to obtain a teen party permit by The City of Montgomery filed at least 2 weeks prior to your event date & you are REQUIRED to have a Security Officers per 25 Teens. This is a mandatory requirement per The City of Montgomery.
