What’s the average cost of a Sweet Luxury Wedding? We offer several options for design services.

Our Full Event Design, Floral & Décor Production Services require a minimum event design budget starting at $10,000 for Intimate/Micro-Weddings of 75. For Weddings with guest counts above 125, We require you have a starting minimum Event & Floral Design Budget of $18,000 for Full Wedding Decor & Floral Design Services provided solely by Sweet Luxury Events. For more detailed pricing please schedule a Wedding Consultation. Our full design production services include designing the ceremony & reception venue, live florals and signature décor designs, custom dancefloor, custom event stationery venue lighting, and more. Within our event design productions, these are the elements that can create a customized experience tailored to our couples.

We require a retainer of $2,000.00 to retainer our services & to save the date on our event calendar. Our payment methods are Cash, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks and all Major Debit/Credit cards. All balances are due 2 Weeks before the event date.

Our Floral Design Only Service offerings require a minimum budget of $4,500 for Weddings. We also offer floral pick ups & rentals for budgets that are under our minimum for full production weddings, this is perfect for brides looking for other budget options or that do not meet our full production design minimums. Do we offer payment plans?

Yes! We do offer monthly payment plans for our event & design services. Our minimum booking retainer to reserve weddings is $2,000. We advise couples to start booking us 8-12 months out if needed.

For Social Event Design such as Milestone Birthdays, Anniversaries, Bridal & Baby Shower and more. We require a design minimum of $5000. To book 20% of the amount due is required to retainer services if your event is 6 months or more out, if less than 6 months 50% is due.

Do we offer Rental Pickups by Clients?

Our furniture rentals are delivered by our logistics team only. We will quote delivery based on mileage and venue accessibility. Please contact us for a delivery quote for your rentals. Linens and some centerpieces may be picked up locally depending on what types of centerpieces.
